French professor Christian Perronne was president of the French technical commission for vaccination for many years, he was head of the Infectious Diseases Commission (Supreme Health Care Board) for many years, he advised various French cabinets on managing health crises and epidemics for 15 years, and he was also vice president of the WHO vaccination expertise group (the WHO Euro Region, including Russia, the Central Asian Republics, Turkey, Israel – so the ‘greater Europe’).

He is speaking here on 12 January in the Chamber of Deputies in Luxembourg, where he was taken as an expert by citizens who had petitioned with enough support for speaking time; a petition against the mandatory vaccination of children.
